We sell our properties with a 90-day Money Back Guarantee. Here’s how it works:
Some buyers decide quickly to buy a property from us so that no one else can beat them to it, but this doesn’t allow for enough time to visit the property before making that commitment. Our 90-Day Guarantee allows you to buy with confidence so that once you go and see the property you can change your mind and get your money back without penalty.
Now, this rarely happens because we only buy quality properties, but sometimes it just isn’t the right fit for a particular buyer. We certainly don’t want one of our buyers to regret a decision to buy, so this is the simple solution.
If you buy a property from us and then change your mind all you need to do is let us know and we will refund your principal paid* or exchange it for another property in our inventory that is a better fit for you.
It’s that simple!
*On a sale with owner financing we will refund your down payment & loan principal paid or exchange it for another property in our inventory, based on the principal you have paid, excluding any fees (i.e., closing costs, doc fees, other fees and taxes). Any late or missed payments by the buyer during the Guarantee period will automatically void this Guarantee. Not applicable to cash sales.
